Centres of expertise on vocational education, training and the labour market represent the link between education and the organised business and industrial sectors. Since 1954, Colo has been the umbrella organisation of and for the centres of expertise. In this capacity, Colo monitors socially relevant developments and educational and labour market policy at regional, national and international level. Mission of the association is to continuously improve vocational education from the perspective of business and industry.
