This website offers comprehensive information on the structure, activities, financial resources, achievements and plans of the Estonian Association of Parents with Hearing Impaired Children. The EKLVL is an all-Estonian non-profit organisation established by parents with hearing impaired children. The aim of the Association is formulated as to facilitate the integration of hearing impaired children and their families into society and to promote equal opportunities for their active participation in the life of the community.
