The National Fund for the Training of Personnel is a non-commercial organization established in 1994 according to a resolution of the Russian Federation. Its strategic aim is the training of personnel for the educational system and the economy of the country. - This portal provides links to projects, results, procedures and partners as well as to full texts on various hot topics. The English version of these pages is in preparation.
