This brief overview provides information on the aims and tasks of the Institute of Pedagogical Research in Tirana established in 1970. The Department of Vocational and Technical Education is part of this institute and in charge of UNEVOC/ Unesco. At present (Nov. 2001) the institute has not yet its own website available.
