The institute aims at being both a research centre and a knowledge resource for the whole of the adult education community in Norway. VOX is the result of a merger between three former institutions: NVI ( Norwegian Institute of Adult Education), NFU (Norwegian State Institution for Distance Education) and SRV (Norwegian Centre for Adult Education). VOX is an Institute funded by the Norwegian Royal Ministry of Education, Research and Church Affairs.- This website provides information on research projects and thematic review on adult learning.
