For the educational sector, the Philippines Statistical Authority primarily provides information on the "Functional Literacy, Education, and Mass Media Survey (FLEMMS), which is conducted approximately every five years. The statistics on the homepage refer only to the literacy rate. For data on education and mass media, please refer to the publications (see the right-hand menu bar).
