This Website provides information on the "Street Law/ Living Law" project. The Prince Oldenburgsky Law School ( POLS) was founded in 1992 as one of the first private law schools in the Russian Federation. POLS educational programme strives to support legal reform and adherence to rule of law in contemporary Russian society. Living Law is a particular educational programme for secondary school students to learn about laws, the legal system, and society. POLS staff has developed the curriculum for this programme, written a textbook for students and teachers, provided training for teachers and law school students, and worked to replicate these efforts in several regions across Russia.
