Paraguay

The fundamental objective of the Ministry of Education and Culture (MEC) of Paraguay is to guarantee a qualitative education to contribute to the improvement of life quality of the population. Also, it stimulates and develops investigation programs for education, research and technology, promotes the use of social communication media for education, develops and implements the educational reform of the education system on all levels and modalities and fosters the development of the decentralisation process. Furthermore, it maintains technical and financial cooperation programs on the national and the international level.
