RUSE is the only institution in Finland specialising in research of the sociology of education and educational policy. It does international comparative research in the field of sociology of education and has established in 1998 the European Postgraduate Network together with eight European countries. The homepage provides information about research areas and projects, publications (partly in fulltext, including dissertations) and more. Research areas include: higher education research, productivity analyses, e-learning, personalized learning, relational methodology, education and labour market, youth marginalisation.
