CEAAL is a federation of 210 adult education NGOs in all Latin American states. It promotes the "educación popular" by training of adult educators. Currently there are 6 thematic networks, namely for women's education, education of local leaders, education for peace and human rights, environmental education, communication and education. The homepage leads to full texts of respective conference papers, of other "literature of interest" and electronic texts. Also the contents of the "Latin American Review of Education and Policy" are shown. A list of member organizations is provide (see link "afiliados").
