The CNVL is a body of elected representatives of secondary pupils. The council has an advisory function for the Education Ministry in matters of school work and of the financial, social, cultural and sportive life in the lycées. Unfortunately, the website doesn't seem to be up to date any more, the last information being the one on the autumn meeting in 2013. [Abstract: Editors of Education Worldwide]
