The U.S.-Norway Fulbright Foundation for Educational Exchange is a binational foundation with a Board of Directors composed of four American and four Norwegian members. Both governments support the program with annual allocations of funds. Fulbright provides the exchange of teachers or students to each other country for a limited time.
