ESHA is an international organisation whose members include heads and deputy heads of secondary schools throughout Europe, including both EU members and non-member states. ESHA's aim is to increase communication between European Secondary Heads and Deputy Heads from 30 European countries and to provide opportunities for sharing information and developments in the field of education.
