The FCPE, a Federation of parents` organisations in France, was founded in 1947. According to their own statement, FCPE is the "most representative parents` council" of France because the majority of persons in the parents' participation bodies of the French school system are members of the FCPE. The homepage gives access to statements of the FCPE concerning current school policy and practical information for parents (legal basis for parents` participation and for disciplinary action against pupils).
