The Association of Measurement and Evaluation in Education and Psychology (EPODDER) was founded in 2013. Its website provides background information about the association, as well as information on the association's bi-annual conference, that has taken place since 2008, that is before the creation of the association. You will find conference proceedings and / or conference programmes, partly with English abstracts. Since 2010, EPODDER has also published the Journal of Measurement and Evaluation in Education and Psychology. Its articles are available in Open Access, a few are written in Ebglish but all of them have an English abstract (which can be found in the pdf document itself).
