Niger
Die Regierung des Niger hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, Informationstechnologien im Bildungsbereich stärker einzusetzen. Hierfür muss vor allem die notwendige Infrastruktur geschaffen werden. In diesem Bericht von 2007 wird unter Erwähnung und Berücksichtigung der wichtigsten politischen Richtlinien und anderer Einflussfaktoren die Möglichkeit einer besseren Implementierung von Informationstechnologien im Niger erörtert, nicht ohne auch auf das dortige Bildungssystem und das Landesprofil einzugehen.
