South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) - english information

Comissioned by the Minister of Higher Education and Training, the SAQA develops the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) for South Africa. It furthermore controlls the enforcement of the NQF and accredits educational institutions working according to the NQF. SAQA is also in charge of the accreditaion of foreign qualifications.
