The Civic Education Project (CEP) is a not-for-profit international education organization dedicated to assisting universities in Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. CEP is affiliated with the Central European University, founded by philanthropist George Soros, and with Yale University. CPS is currently active in Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Kazakstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.- This homepage offers in particular a survey on CEP's activities.
