Algeria

The National Office for the Development of University Research in Algeria has been established by law in 1995. Its main task is to promote and to initiate the development and improvement of research activities. It carries out its activities in the framework of the National Research Programmes. Beside a very detailed organigramme of the institution there is a survey on the National Research Programmes from 1997 to 1999. From the latter the programmes of particular research branches (e.g. Programme No. 15 - Education and Training) can be downloaded as a text file.
