Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC) 
The Programme for the International Assessment for Adult Competencies (PIAAC) aims at developing a strategy to launch an international survey that assesses the demand and supply of adult competencies. The site gives access to background documents that have been used to help develop such a strategy.
