Chapter 3 of the Treaty of Aachen is about Culture, Education, Research, and Mobility. It is meant to intensify the relationships between Germany and France in terms of these fields. "The German-French future is young. Mobility and exchange programs between young people are therefore enshrined in the Treaty. The German-French Youth Office, integrated cultural institutes and a digital platform will intensify this exchange. Germans shall learn more French, and French people shall learn more German.
