Chapter 3 of the Treaty of Aachen is about Culture, Education, Research, and Mobility. It is meant to intensify the relationships between Germany and France in terms of these fields. "The German-French future is young. Mobility and exchange programs between young people are therefore enshrined in the Treaty. The German-French Youth Office, integrated cultural institutes and a digital platform will intensify this exchange. Germans shall learn more French, and French people shall learn more German. The recognition of school qualifications should be facilitated, there should be more German-French university courses. A 'Franco-German work of the future' will bring together scientists and intellectuals from both countries."
