The association is a nationwide amalgamation of mother’s centres and regional mother’s offices. More than 400 mother’s centres form the core of local activities on the ground, up to and including political representation. The Mother’s Centres National Association (registered society) was originally founded in the year 1985 as a network of “Friends and Promoters of The Mother’s Centres”. Three years later the call for an associate solution became so strong, that this was established.
