This report of 2012 provides an overview over the higher education sector in the Palestinian Territories and also addresses future challenges. Furthermore, it deals with the praticipation of Palestine in the Bologna Process and in EU programmes for scholars' mobility and exchange such as ERASMUS or TEMPUS.
