Der OER Evidence Report 2013-2014 überprüft anhand von Interviews und der Auswertung einer weltweiten Umfrage in 11 Hypothesen den Einfluss und die Wirkung von Offenen Bildungsressourcen (OER). Erstellt wurde der Report vom OER Research Hub, ein Projekt, das am Institute of Educational Technology der Open University (OU) im Vereinigten Königreich angesiedelt ist. The OER Evidence Report 2013-2014 uses interviews and a worldwide survey to analyse the impact of OER. This is done with 11 hypotheses on OER.
