"Dieses Dokument enthält mehr als 35 strukturelle Indikatoren für die Bildungspolitik in sechs Bereichen: Bildung und Erziehung in der frühen Kindheit, grundlegende Fertigkeiten, frühzeitiger Schulabbruch, Hochschulbildung, Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Absolventen und Lernmobilität. Es handelt sich um eine Aktualisierung des Berichts von 2016. Die Indikatoren liefern Informationen zu nationalen Strategien und Strukturen, die zur Erreichung der Benchmarks beitragen, die im strategischen Rahmen für die europäische Zusammenarbeit in der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung ('ET 2020') festgelegt wurden. Die Strukturindikatoren wurden von der Generaldirektion Bildung und Kultur der Europäischen Kommission (GD EAC) unter Verwendung von Informationen aus mehreren aktuellen Eurydice-Berichten ausgewählt, die sich auf einen bestimmten Politikbereich konzentrieren. "This document contains more than 35 structural indicators on education policies in six areas: early childhood education and care (ECEC), achievement in basic skills, early leaving from education and training (ELET), higher education, graduate employability and learning mobility. It is an update of the report of 2016. The indicators provide information on national policies and structures that contribute to achieving the benchmarks set in the strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training ('ET 2020'). The Structural indicators were selected by the European Commission's Directorate General for Education and Culture (DG EAC) using information from several recent Eurydice reports that focus on a specific policy area.
