Themes and goals of the event will be to facilitate participants to be more familiar with KA1 staff mobilities, to make links between overall organisational strategy/goals and their VET Mobility strategy, sharing / informing of the transformational benefits of Erasmus+ staff mobility projects, generating and sharing ideas for staff projects, getting to know and connecting with others in the room, hearing from peers on their current/past project which are examples of good practice, discovering practical examples of projects, understanding the possibilities re KA1 staff project activities and gaining an understanding of what works well in KA1.
