The Global Access to Postsecondary Education (GAPS) initiative will convene the second World Congress devoted to equitable access to and success in postsecondary education. Program Thematic Areas will include: The research, policy and praxis nexus to advance access; Still standing in the way: race, ethnicity and caste; Creating access: who must join the access conversation?; Access and success in action - applying access and inclusion strategies in specific contexts; Access and success in Latin America and the Caribbean. The World Congress offers an opportunity to create a new space for dialogue on exclusion and inclusion in postsecondary education.
