The conference `Working on the European Dimension of Quality´ deals with accreditation as a tool in achieving transparency in bachelors and masters programmes in Europe. It is being convened by way of follow-up to the Bologna Declaration and as part of the working programme agreed at the Prague Summit to prepare for the ministerial meeting in Berlin in 2003. The organisation therefore takes place in close co-operation with the German Rectors Conference (HRK). Participants from countries that are party to the Bologna Declaration, including representatives of relevant ministries, higher education institutions and their associations active in transnational accreditation or quality assurance, as well as student organisations are welcome.
