It appears relevant to organise three scientific days in a moment like this where there are large international scolar evaluations (TIMSS, PISA, PIRLS especially) and also social and political `centration` on the evaluation of all the practic´s which bring forward the question of education efficiency, equity, and call for comparison of various types. This multidisciplinary conference will evolve around three themes.
The first theme, ´concepts`, will be a place of reflexion on the concepts for efficiency and equity. We will then clarify their meaning, and reveal the relationship’s they can have.
The second theme ´evaluations and in what sense` would particularly implicate that the research in human and society science interrogating the practice of education as for their efficiency and equity.
The third theme ´In the field` will be dedicated to the research centered on the effectual practices, in the diversity of schools of the educational institution or outside of this institution, in accordance with a multiplicity of the (dispositifs ?), of modalities and audiences.
