This session is aimed at teachers unfamiliar with the Cambridge Young Learners English tests (YLE), and will provide an introduction to the two higher levels, Movers and Flyers. We will look at sample materials, including video and audio input for the Speaking and Listening components, to highlight the differences between the two levels and help you decide which level is best suited to your pupils. The tests are specially designed to appeal to young learners aged 7-12 years while at the same time evaluating their level of English. As the afternoon progresses you will hopefully gain a firm feel for this very attractive, fun and professionally designed set of tests, and enjoy them as much as the children do who have successfully taken the tests throughout Germany and the world.
