In den letzten Jahren haben sich in europäischen Ländern verschiedene Institutionalformen von Lernzentren (learning centres) entwickelt, von denen unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Kooperationsgestaltung vor allem das "One-Stop-Shop"-Modell relevant ist. Hier werden Informations-, Bildungs- und Beratungsdienstleistungen in einer räumlichen Einheit angeboten. Am Beispiel dieser Kooperationsform werden Steuerungsmodelle, Strukturen und Effekte von Kooperationen herausgearbeitet.
