1984/85 wurde von einer Arbeitsgruppe am Kieler Institut für die Pädagogik der Naturwissenschaften Hallers Untersuchung zur "Prozeß-Analyse der Lehrplanentwicklung in der BRD" aus dem Jahre 1970 wiederholt. Die Ergebnisse liegen vor. In diesem Aufsatz werden diejenigen, die sich auf die Inhalte der Lehrpläne beziehen, unter der folgenden Hypothese analysiert: Trotz einer umfangreichen Curriculumdiskussion und -praxis im Anschluß an die Initiative von Robinsohn hat sich an der Praxis der Lehrplanarbeit nicht viel geändert: Lehrplanentwicklung findet in relativer Autonomie im Bildungssystem statt; Inhalte des Lehrplans werden nicht aus dem in der Gesellschaft verfügbaren Wissen, sondern aus dem ausgewählt, was im Bildungssystem bereits vorhanden ist; die im Lehrplan implizierten Weltdeutungen sind mit der Autorität des Staates versehen. In 1967, Saul B. Robinsohn suggested to reform the West-German educational system by means of changes in the curriculum. In response, a great deal of curriculum work has been done. The author examines whether these efforts have had any effects on actual curriculum development. The results of two studies on curriculum development in the Federal Republic, carried out in 1970 and 1984/85, are analyzed. As far as the content of the curriculum is concerned, no change can be noticed: Curriculum development takes place in relative autonomy within the educational System; the contents of the curriculum are not selected from the knowledge available within society but rather from what is already existent within the educational system; and the world view implied in the curriculum has been authorized by the State - up to 1970 as well as in the eighties.
