The deadline for abstract submission was January 15, 2015. The conference will take place from March 23 to 24, 2015.
"Increasingly pluralistic societies entail an education sector enabling students to take part in all the complexities of civic responsibilities. The topics of this conference address emerging perspectives in and the potential role of comparative education. How are multicultural aspects of society affecting and changing Nordic education? What is the role of new technologies in education and how are these technologies made use of to empower citizens to engage in society? To what extent are educational policies addressing these emerging themes and how are they visible in practice? (...)
