World Learning Summit 2017

The theme for the World Learning Summit 2017 is “SMART UNIVERSITIES”. WLS 2017 is the merger of the two leading conference networks WLS and LINQ with the ambition to create an exciting meeting space with international level speakers. The World Learning Summit (WLS) made its debut June 2016, based on six consecutive conferences in South Norway and in Silicon Valley. The International Conference on Learning Innovations and Quality (LINQ) has run its four prior conferences from various locations. Courtesy of this new relation, WLS 2017 continues the scientific LINQ proceedings and provides full accreditation for scientific papers recognized and approved by the Norwegian authorities as level 1 publication. All papers were selected through double-blind peer review by the highly accomplished international Programme Committee. The proceedings will be printed on paper (with ISBN) and distributed to all summit participants as well as online under global open access license.
