This brochure contains 1) the text of the Dakar Framework, adopted by the World Education Forum in Dakar, 26 - 28 April 2000, 2) an expanded commentary of the Framework which "provides details on each goal and strategy of the Framework for Action on the basis of many suggestions provided before and during the ... Forum" and 3) the texts of results of the six regional conferences in 1999 and 2000. The World Declaration on Education for All adopted at the Jomtien Conference in 1990 is also reprinted. (DIPF/Bi.).
